I see that inside the valley doesn't have access to the world wide web for [reasons], are there well-placed cell towers in the valley for cell phones to work locally all through the region? Or are there dead zones with maybe 1 bar?
Also, I see there is a valley-wide social media that Player characters and NPCs alike will be using. Papyrus and Sans MAY have made a little scene early that first morning by sneaking out to steal coins from a fountain and get stuff from a cafe in the same block as town hall... Could we start something like a Visitor Highlights thread of things the NPCs might be sharing pictures and gossip about?
