There are no reports in the room, but there is a small observation area just outside the room behind a thick pane of glass. It appears the room has been turned into a hazmat containment site, with heavy protective gear hanging on wall hooks in the room outside the one Sans is in now. There also seems to be a makeshift showering area hooked up in the outer room, surrounded by a circular curtain, akin to what you may see in high school chemistry classes. There appear to be papers scattered around on tables out there.
