Papyrus will have been allowed virtual therapy. He will have been on video calls, his face visible to Dr. Kassabian, with an eye on the screen staring back at him from her end, surrounded by static.

Dr. Kassabian will have encouraged him to share his traumas from the canyon's happenings. She will have given him several assignments, worksheets to fill out (you may choose which ones you want Papyrus to have received). She occasionally asks about Sans and his relationship with his brother, but no longer presses to get Sans to see her himself, at least for now.
