• Before applying, please read the rules and FAQ. By applying, you agree to follow all of the stated rules.
• Reserves are not required to apply. However, reserves expire 7 days after you put in your initial reserve. After that, anyone may apply for the character.
• You may apply for one character per month, and three characters total.

While we can't guarantee none of your triggers will appear in the game, we will keep these in mind when warning and when doing personalized events. This is not used in our determination as to whether or not you'll get in the game.

✘ History: A wiki link is fine, but if your character's wiki is sparse, we may ask you to elaborate on things. You're also free to write out their history, but do not exceed 2000 words.
✘ Personality: Our personality section works a little different. You'll be given 5 questions to answer in-character. Your character will not be forced to tell the truth, so if they lie, you're free to make that apparent in description.
You're assigned a group project. What role do you end up taking?
You have the chance to anonymously send a letter to someone who's wronged you in the past. What does it say?
Someone you admire very much has just done something you find reprehensible. How do you deal with the situation?
If you could achieve all your goals right now, what would your life look like?
Someone tells you all your flaws. What did they tell you, and are they right or wrong?
✘ Type: Bestial/Elemental/Mechanical/Penumbral/Spiritual/Random (specify up to 2 opt-outs, no rerolls). No appearance descriptions needed here, just let us know which type you've chosen. For Elemental types, specify what primary element (fire, water, earth, air) they'll be. This primary cannot be changed without mod approval.
✘ Powers: This is where you can really let your creativity shine! Come up with up to 3 powers for your character. These do not need to manifest all at once, and they do not need to be the only powers your character develops. You may add 1 new power every 2 months at your discretion. These will need to be approved on the Powers page.
When making up a power, please make sure to note any limitations or weaknesses it has.
Please note that all canon powers will be nerfed upon arrival to the game. This section is just for the ones you make up yourself!

✘ Inventory: Characters may bring with them anything that was on their person at the time they were taken. Weapons may need to be depowered. Items that contain hammerspace (infinite storage, storage of a somewhat magical nature i.e. Pokeballs) will not work.
✘ Sample: 2 samples, either threaded out or written. Samples that you write must be between 200 and 500 words long. Dear_mun and dear_player posts are not allowed. You may use threads from games or memes as long as those threads took place within the past year. Please bear in mind that your samples should show a strong grasp of the character's personality and voice, so choose your threads accordingly (we may shoot down a sample in which, say, your character's mood has been altered due to magical means, since we won't be able to tell how you play them at their baseline).
